Information we collect
- Email address when you join early access or contact us
- The original and latest landing page, referring page, and campaign tags when available
- Explicit site and product events such as page views, article engagement, signups, and planner actions
- Basic hosting, security, and performance logs such as device, browser, IP address, and request time
Analytics boundaries
When configured, Raso uses PostHog to process pseudonymous site and product events. We use explicit events with automatic interaction capture and session replay disabled. We do not send email addresses, health-profile values, weight, diagnoses, or free-text health notes to general growth analytics.
How we use information
We use this information to operate and protect the website, manage early access, send requested product updates, understand which pages are useful, and improve the path from useful content to the Raso planner. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, database, email, analytics, and security providers that process information on our behalf under their terms and safeguards. The current website is hosted on Vercel, backend data may be processed through Render and Supabase, and pseudonymous analytics may be processed by PostHog when enabled.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, or security. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time and request access, analytics opt-out assistance, or deletion by contacting hello@raso.app.
U.S. and Canada
Raso is initially intended for users in the United States and Canada. Information may be processed in other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
