Agreement and operator
Raso is operated by Xirosys Cloud Private Limited. By creating an account or using Raso, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, the activity under your account, and keeping your sign-in method secure. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple’s terms and privacy practices also apply to that sign-in service. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
General wellness, not medical advice
Raso provides general food, nutrition, and planning information. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or a substitute for a qualified clinician. Nutrition values, cost estimates, meal plans, and projected outcomes are estimates and may contain errors.
You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, preparation, food safety, suitability, and portion sizes. Seek professional advice for medical conditions, pregnancy, eating disorders, severe allergies, medication interactions, or therapeutic diets.
Subscriptions and store billing
Some Raso features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, introductory offers, and renewal terms are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through that store within its stated deadline.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account. Deleting the Raso app or your Raso account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s rules. When subscriptions are available in your build, you can use Restore Purchases in the app for eligible purchases tied to your store account.
Acceptable use
Use Raso only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls, misuse forms, upload malicious material, scrape at disruptive volume, impersonate others, infringe rights, or present Raso content as medical advice.
User content and community features
If Raso lets you post text or images, you keep ownership of your content and grant Raso a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, and display it only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the feature according to your selected audience.
You must have the rights to anything you upload. Do not post illegal, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, dangerous, or infringing content. We may remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Raso content and intellectual property
Raso branding, original text, layouts, graphics, software, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to Xirosys Cloud Private Limited. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal purposes. You may link to public pages and cook recipes personally, but may not republish substantial content, remove notices, or use our branding without permission.
Third-party services
App stores, authentication providers, linked sites, and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or independent actions.
Account deletion and suspension
You can delete your Raso account in the app or request deletion at raso.app/account-deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or material violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.
Availability, warranties, and liability
Raso is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particular health results, weight changes, savings, or error-free recommendations.
To the extent permitted by law, Xirosys Cloud Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Raso. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms as Raso changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
