Useful swaps
Make it almond-free: Omit almonds and increase granola to 45 g. Mix granola with chia and layer it with the vanilla yogurt and all blueberries. Remains vegetarian. Removes tree nuts but still contains milk; check granola for cross-contact. Calories stay close and protein decreases slightly.
Use mango: Replace the 100 g blueberries with 100 g diced fresh mango. Stir 250 g Greek yogurt with 8 g maple syrup and 2 g vanilla for 45 seconds. Chop 15 g almonds and mix them with 25 g granola and 8 g chia. Layer half the yogurt, half the mango, and half the crunch in a glass, repeat with the remaining quantities, and serve immediately. Remains vegetarian. Contains milk and tree nuts. Calories rise slightly while protein is unchanged.
