What the worksheet captures
Before timing begins, the worksheet records the exact recipe version, ingredient state, equipment, serving target, room conditions when relevant, and the point at which the clock starts.
During a future test, separate timestamps would cover active preparation, unattended cooking, resting, and cleanup so one headline number does not hide different kinds of effort.
