  • Use cucumber-only dippers: Replace the 50 g carrot with 30 g additional cucumber, for 100 g cucumber total, and cut it into dry 8 cm spears. Mash 100 g drained white beans with 8 g gochujang, 10 g tahini, 8 g soy sauce, 10 g rice vinegar, 2 g grated garlic, and 15 g cold water for 2 to 3 minutes. Top the dip with 10 g sliced scallion and 2 g sesame seeds and serve with all cucumber spears. Remains vegan. Contains sesame, soy, and wheat. Slightly lowers calories and carbohydrate; protein is unchanged.
  • Use carrot-only dippers: Replace the 70 g cucumber with 40 g additional carrot, for 90 g carrot total, and cut it into thin 8 cm sticks. Mash 100 g drained white beans with 8 g gochujang, 10 g tahini, 8 g soy sauce, 10 g rice vinegar, 2 g grated garlic, and 15 g cold water for 2 to 3 minutes. Top the dip with 10 g sliced scallion and 2 g sesame seeds and serve with all carrot sticks. Remains vegan. Contains sesame, soy, and wheat. Adds a small amount of carbohydrate and natural sugar.
